SHIPPING & DELIVERY

All our high quality skincare products are processed and shipped from England on business days (Monday to Friday), Orders placed on other days will be processed the following business day.


DELIVERIES

Most orders are shipped via standard international signed for post they are processed and shipped in 1 – 2 business days, depending on product availability. The Estimated Delivered Dates* are:

  • Europe: 3-5 working days from the order’s ship date.
  • Rest of the world* : 5-8 working* days from the order’s ship date.

We do our best to estimate the most accurate delivery time. Also note that parcels are occasionally subject to delayed clearance at the entry of the destination country dued to customs.
