SHIPPING & DELIVERY
All of our high quality skincare products are processed and shipped from England on business days (Monday to Friday). Orders placed on other days will be processed the following business day.
Most orders are shipped via standard international. They are processed and shipped within 1-2 business days, depending on product availability.
The estimated delivered dates are:
- Europe: 3-5 working days from the order’s ship date.
- Rest of the world: 5-8 working days from the order’s ship date.
We do our best to estimate the most accurate delivery time.
Please note that, due to customs, parcels are occasionally subject to delayed clearance at the entry of the destination.

We currently cannot deliver products to Belgium, Cyprus, Egypt, France, Germany, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Mauritius, Morocco, Poland, Reunion, Serbia, Sudan, Switzerland or United Kingdom.
Please also note that we cannot deliver our ‘Black Diamond’ products to India, Russia and a few other selected countries – please enquire before attempting a purchase
